I don't know anything about plumbing and the internet, chatgpt, amazon, ace hardware, YouTube, and home depot were not helping. I was just getting more and more frustrated. Then I walked into B J Plumbing and the kindest man offered to help. He was personable, cheerful, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. He knew what I was talking about and found exactly what I needed very quickly.
Wonderful 5.1 * experience, They KNOW plumbing. When HomeDepot or Lowes dont have an answer, they refer to BJ Plumbing, they should be proud of that. Brad is amazing and is a true SME. I will go back to them for any and every pluming requirement, Thanks so much for you help the other day!
There’s a reason this place has almost five stars. Any question I have these guys can answer but more importantly they take all the time you need and I never feel rushed or stupid! Incredible staff!
After seeking help from multiple hardware stores and Ferguson, BJ was the only place with the expertise to immediately know the solution to my RO dilemma. The others advised me to spend $450 on a full replacement where BJ identified my filters and advised me how to maintain my system better to avoid biofilm growing in my tank. Remember to sanitize and replace those filters! When nobody else can identify your parts, BJ’s can, and they have them in stock!
We love using BJ supply Co for all our sprinklers needs for Young Buck Services LLC. They are reasonably priced and good to work with. Lot's of knowledge and amazing support staff.
