These guys are the experts! I went to 2 other plumbing stores looking for a valve stem kit and no one could tell me what brand or size. As soon as I walked in they knew exactly what I needed and walked me over to the parts. Amazing customer service
Outstanding knowledge, service & inventory.
So happy we found this place. We just spent an hour waiting for help at Home Depot to find they couldn’t help us. We came here and were immediately helped with knowledgeable staff and got what we needed. Prices were also half of Home Depot and better quality.
BJ’s service is outstanding! Their sales people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I go in, tell them what I am trying to do and they get everything I need and make helpful suggestions. Extremely professional and over the top In customer service!!!!!!!! Very refreshing to do business with!
Always friendly and helpful and they’re open on Saturdays! Hopefully they can open more locations.
