B and J plumbing were very pleasant to talk to and we needed them to do some repairs inside our vacant home, they went multiple days in a row when we had the supplies... The gentleman that did our repairs were prompt and professional... I would highly recommend...

I will never use this company again for any my plumbing needs or recommend them. The technician had to come out a second time to correct his error which he admitted to his mistake. Then I received a bill which I talked to the lady at the front desk, and she refused To believe that it was his mistake. She was very rude and insisted I had to pay the entire amount or she was going to send me to collections. But in the meantime, I have found a fantastic plumbing company.

I called to ask for the EIN because we regularly do business with these folks and the front desk lady, Carrie Unrein, screamed at me, was EXTREMELY rude and HUNG UP ON ME after she was yelling and being rude!! I called back to confirm the email address and again she yelled at me and would NOT help me. I will never use these people again for any of my commercial properties.
