Serviceman came late in the day (around 4:00 pm) with a tablet in hand, no tools or gloves to "assess" the problem. Had to guide him through the process, remind him re what had already been done and the lines that were involved. Did not touch anything except to turn on one faucet. Kept insisting it was our septic tank (which was not...all lines were open except for this one at a junction point).
