Our furnace went out late Friday, contacted them via voicemail. It's now Wednesday and never heard back, found another contractor who is installing a new high efficiency furnace today. They should have at least responded

Even though they couldn't do the work for us, they called back and gave us the name of a different plumber to call.
These Guys are professional, accommodating, always on time and just great company.
