They came out and checked our AC/heat unit and had a board and blower motor out so they had to order parts. So a week later I call, still no parts 2 weeks later I call and they had parts. A day later guy came out to replace parts. He claims he couldn’t get the motor off the fan or something so they have to order the whole thing. So now we wait again with no heat or air and it’s going to cost us more money. The tech showed up with no mask and refused to wear one even after I informed him I have a terminal illness. This company puts almost a 1000% mark up on the products they install. The tech lied about the thermostat he put in and owner yelled when I tried to speak with him. This is a crooked company.
I would love to let Fort Smith know about their customer service....Incredible! I am waiting on a new replacement and they have come out and installed window units to get me by until installed. Great technicians and great owner! Matt C takes care of his clients and his techs are very good, dependable, honest and on time. Great job B & J!!!
Very good experience from the Sales Rep to the Installers. All very professional, quality of workmanship excellent. Their installers were friendly and more than willing to answer my questions and describe the process as they went along. I certainly and wholeheartedly recommend B&J Comfort Solutions for any HVAC work.
