Be careful of BJ Ford service department. I have used BJ Ford for 7 plus years. On 5/22/2021 i had BJ Ford do the works on a F150. Technician said I need new lug nuts. They said whoever used a wrong size socket. BJ Ford Is the one that rotate my tires. I paid $129.00 for the lug nuts. When I got home, I noticed a abundance of oil on the tailgate. The truck had no leaks.The following Monday, I was there and they said I needed a new oil pan. I had a professional mechanic install a new oil pan on 5/28/2021. Zero leaks on the tr... read more
