prompt, courteous, reasonable I have used BJ Fisher for several service plumbing needs over the years. They have been very prompt, courteous, and pretty reasonably priced. Old buildings can be tricky, and they have been solution oriented.

Overcharged Called about getting a couple of pinhole leaks repaired, Bill told me hourly labor is $165. Chris the plumber comes out, I tell him where the leaks are, and he fixes them. He is here for one hour, but charges us for 1.75 hours. He explains that they charge for time from the last job. Seems rather odd, but I pay anyway (my mistake). I call Bill later and complain about being charged 3/4 hour x $165, and he agrees to send a refund check. No check comes, so we call back, and again he says he will send a check. Weeks... read more

Good in a time of crisis Had positive experience with BJ Fisher's plumbing. Went to Hawaii in December only to get a call that a pipe froze and burst. After we called around, we found there were many people with the same problem. We ended up having to come back to Oly before we could find anyone to take our calls. They were totally booked up but came out and performed a minor miracle for us and we had running water. Much appreciated.
