I hired Mr Kelly to move some dirt for at an estimated cost of $450.00 I left him a $200.00 deposit. The place where the is dirt is is about 6 city blocks, unfortunately the person with the dirt didn't have a machine big enough to load it into mr Kelly's truck. So when I went to get my deposit back mr Kelly only refunded me $100.00 citing that I had wasted his whole day.
