Will be immediately looking for a new Dr. Called on Friday was told a nurse would call me back. Never happened. Called on Monday after getting worse and waited all day for call back that never came.

Have attempted to call and hold several times to make an appointment. Communication is non existent. Always go across the river for procedures and appointments choosing BJC network and thought something closer to home would be ideal. It doesn’t matter if you have the best doctors, if you have poor admin staff that doesn’t communicate or answer the phone then as a patient you’re left to wonder the care that’s truly being offered at this location.

I dropped off a disc MRI on April 2nd and still have not received a call or any information on what may or may not be going on with my knee. I have left multiple voicemails and every time I call I am on hold forever and never get through to anyone.

My doctor had a good presence, but I agree communication and followup leave a lot to be desired. I was referred for imaging to an Alton center with a month wait. IMO, they should monitor waits, inform patients, and help coordinate rather than outsourcing to patients. Then I called another imaging center with a week wait, but they misplace my appointment. The constraint in this system is imaging, and there's no control applied by this group on it.
