An excellent customer experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bricker's to anyone new to having something reupholstered. We were guided and advised through each step. End result exceeded our expectations (which means we thought the fit and finish and customer value was well worth the investment)
While I know next to nothing about upholstering, I do recognize quality when I see it and I see it in the details of the work this company did on the pieces they did for me. From the edge piping on the lumbar pillow on the chair (great idea on their part that pillow) to the way the strips aline on the bolster pillow and the seat cushion on the settee, everything was immaculately executed As others have mentioned, they are not cheap but quality never is. And Susan was so easy to work with, creative and accommodating.
Attention to detail! Our family communal glider rocking chair has new life. We wanted cushions to mimic the original, including buttons. They even reused the same metal rod for the back cushion. Which is tricky. To say our family is happy is not enough. Thank you ❤️
B J Bricker's knows how to take care of your furniture and has excellent service. Beautiful craftsmanship. I recommend them!
