Took my car to get repaired after being side swiped. They took care of everything. After the initial inspection (done by the driver who hit me insurance) B&J did a more thorough inspection found that they missed some evident damage. They took care of everything with the other insurance company, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing while my car was being worked on. UPDATE: Since posting my reviews of B&J, I was contacted by the owner Sam. He reached out after seeing the review and wanted to rectify the situation for me and my husband. He purchased this business a long time ago and takes a lot of pride in how his shop is run and how his customers are treated. He looked into the situation for us and apologized for what happened and how we were treated. He then offered to refund the whole amount of our transaction AND some. Our car broke down just short of the freeway offramp, so we pulled over and called AAA. They told us to expect a towing service to arrive within 20 minutes and Jerry, from B&J Towing arrived within 10 minutes. Service could not be better. He immediately suggested that we sit in the cab of his tow truck (cozy and clean). Everyone was upfront about the additional cost of towing back to the shop that had done recent work on our car versus receiving a free tow to a nearer auto shop. We could not be more satisfied by the service.
A friend locked his keys in his car after church. I called AAA and was informed to expect the serviceperson to arrive in 60 minutes or less. Sean from B+J Towing was there in 20. Exceptional customer service! January 8th, terrible weather that day, Sean arrived with smile. Within minutes he had the door open. I am very pleased with the service we received! Exceptional!

The owner Sam personally came to my house to look at my car and spoke with me and my dad and was very nice he apologized for the previous services I received from them yesterday and was a HUGE help. He even came to me before his lunch just to fix the misunderstanding. He's definetly worth his weight in gold and I'm extremely thankful he stepped up and helped me. THANKS SAM
Took my daughters car her after a car accident after getting quotes from a few other places and got the best prices and customer service . Great work and awesome employees .
3rd time I've had a vehicle in here for repairs after an accident and EACH time I've been more than happy with the quality workmanship and customer service I've received. I'm not looking to coming back again, but if I'm ever in an accident again I won't hesitate for one second to take my car back here!
