They are a nice facility. They were able to accommodate my requirements. No complaints.
Be very careful to cover all your belongings when storing your items here and don't store anything of value. We were in storage due to a flood in our home, when moving out of the storage we discovered a leak in their roof which damaged 3 mattresses. When we contacted management it took weeks to get a response and when we did get a response, they just said to take it up with our home owners insurance. They've taken watch over my belongings for 10yrs. Material things that so many people said I could've let go of and bought again. Yet they only hold their true value within me ... things that could truly not be replaced. Thank you, B&J Staff, for everything!
