I attended the "Herbalism 101 With Blossom" class this past Saturday, and it was an amazing experience! Blossom gave an immersive presentation of several herbs to each of us so that we could touch, taste, meditate on, and describe how each of the herbs presented itself to each of us (sounds, colors, pictures, memories, etc). The experience was further elevated with sound therapy that gave each herb it's own unique sound. It felt so mystical and relaxing. I can't wait for the next installation of this series!!
