I was pretty upset to have this situation happen, I was doing a convention and went to use the main floor bathroom. The cleaning lady was outside the bathroom door with her cart. As I walked into the bathroom ( there was NO wet floor sign at all) the floor was slippery. I slipped and fell. Hurt my back side, and hit my hand on the door really hard.
