I've ordered 3 wheels from this company. Each one taking multiple months for them to make. 2 of the wheels were marginal quality. The 3rd wheel I received is extremely poor quality. The company doesn't answer the phone or return calls or emails. I highly advise against buying anything from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a custom steering wheel from this company which they advertised on the website CARID. On the website, it said to allow 3-4 weeks for shipping due to the part being custom made. I ordered this steering wheel FIVE MONTHS AGO and just got it. When I called them, I spoke to Jose from customer service who was very rude and lied through his teeth about there being a steering wheel shortage.
