Lady at front desk has a bad attitude problem she is very rude and should not be in customer service
I wish it was possible to give negative stars. I have provided my bank statement showing double charges as well as the endorsed check you claim you never received. I also went to your bank and they found my payment deposited into your account on May 11. Did an employee pocket my payment or what? I have gone above and beyond to prove that I did make this payment and your company does absolutely nothing about it. Not one time has a manager or anyone returned my phone call. I had a great experience at B&H self storage , Britt and JEN was very helpful and polite and professional,
Brittany was amazing!!! We are moving and had to store our things until our house closed. We rented at storage units but ended up needing an additional unit. They were unfortunately closed for the weekend so I called B&H Self Storage and spoke with Brittany she gave me pricing and availability. I came down within a few minutes and rented the unit a process only took 5 minutes. Will definitely be recommending B&H.
