The office staff is awesome to talk with. Especially Angelica. All the guys they send out communicate with me about every detail, which I appreciate. And most of all, they fit me in quickly. I would rate B&H a 10 out of 10. American Self Storage is a happy customer
Needed work on our ac unit. Came quickly fixed it. Running great! Fast reliable service! Office girls were very prompt, and service guys were the best , explaining everything to us!!!
Two reasons for poor rating: 1) So much for emergency service. No one responded. Summer in Yuma without AC is awful. If you’re going to advertise 24/7 emergency service then a company should make good on their word. 2) They have now been out to our house 4 times. It’s the same reason they tell us - it’s the safety switch. They shouldn’t take five visits to fix the same issue. They are go to for Elliot Homes. I hope they consider other companies as options for their new builds.
