Based on my experiences @Maguire Park Place and BH Properties BEWARE of DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!! Great place to go and relax me and the wife love it
Very unprofessional. Management changes once a year. I’ve lived at this apartment for 3 years and each year a different amenity was taken but the rent was always raised. Now I’m moving out they are going to charge us a disposal fee of $2,281 on account they said we didn’t give a 60days notice, even tho they said the latest we can renew the lease in 07/06/23.
