Many years ago, when it was time for us to add a forklift to our cabinet shop, I was privileged to meet Talon Bates from B & H. He was and is a great salesman. More recently, their service department has come through for us. They have great service and great mechanics. I highly recommend these guys.
Family owned business where great service to their customers is priority number 1. The Salesman Talon Bates is always quick to respond and treats his customers like family.
Great service and communication.
Rick came out and fixed our forklift and as always, he does a excellent job, as all the staff does!
Charged me $370 to pop the hood and read a code on my electric pallet jack for diagnostic, then wanted another $300ish to unscrew two bolts to install the part. Don't make the same mistake I did.
