I recently had a new HVAC unit installed by B&H. The entire experience was smooth—from the time they diagnosed the problem in the old system, selecting a new system, then scheduling installation and follow-up inspections—at every step I was impressed with their knowledge and attention to customer service. B&H I definitely my go to company, I recently purchased 2 new heat pump systems with them and everything went well. Had a small wiring issue and had Dakota Gentle come out and got things running the right way. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend him. Thanks B&H and Dakota for everything.
Today Ricardo and Daytona came to service my furnace. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They made sure things were done correctly. Everyone I have been in contact with from B&H have been most pleasant including these two young men.
