Came in short on an appraisal and didn't have the courtesy to call and discuss the appraisal and situation. Very un-professional on the call to request a re evaluation with credible information. When we all need to work together...this isn't how you do it. Very disappointed.
A discriminatory appraisal that results in the denial of home financing may also violate the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and state and local laws as well Unfortunately not every person can afford a second appraisal if they feel they’ve been subject to B&H Appraisers Inc Shameful UNFAIR and Biased Appraisal Probably Avoid Strip Mall Appraisers they literally can cost u big time
