Unprofessional. No follow through. Did work that needed redone x 3. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great reliable company with reasonable pricing
Bought brand new system in February 2019. In April of Same year, system was blowing hot air instead of cold air for AC. Repairmen came and said that one of his employees purposely switched wires to "get back" at owner. In May of next year no AC. BG services came to repair. Sent me a bill for $495.00. Charged me for travel. Do not recommend.
Ripped off my friend Charged him for 4 heating motherboards that he installed and burned up. He installed 4 motherboards before he figured out what was wrong and charged my friend for his lack of knowledge on the proper installation and wiring. Is this how to make America great again ! I wrote this Review for my friend because he was upset with the Owner that he has known for 40 years. It sad that a friend for that amount of time would do this. This man does not deserve one star a F is more like it.
