B Glam is an amazing experience. Kate and Lauren are talented professionals and personable individuals. I have searched for a salon that would provide the hair care products and the services my challenging hair needs. B Glam exceeded my expectations.
As you can see, still no apology from the owner—just excuses. I said I wasn’t coming back, and instead of addressing my hair falling out, she’s focused on a “missed appointment.” Who would go back to a hair dresser who did this? The extraordinary women at B Glam Beauty continue to blow my mind. The knowledge, experience and patience they have is like no other. I have been getting hair extensions for a few years now and when I first got them I was completely clueless. I wanted the length and fullness but I didn't want a ton of maintenance. Kate and company will make you feel relaxed, listened to and totally at ease during the entirety of your appointment. From start to finish, she pays attention to the things that are most important to you and gives you not just a service, but an experience.
