Started great until he left us hanging when it came down to getting it fixed. Hes a jerk who will hide from you, when you need the service the most. Nothing good to say about the owner

this would be a zero star if there was an option for it . Terrible customer service ! made us wait all weekend with no water just to bail on us on monday ! also told us the water tank cost $1600.00 when i called the company myself it was actually $1074.00. Very shady !

Brandon has always arrived and responded at any hour I needed assistance which has been quite a few times in this past year unfortunately , but thankfully he has always been able to Diagnose the issues… most recently with our boiler and even a leak in our ceiling during late hours of the night. One of the problems even occurred on Christmas Eve and he came right away, he explained all repair options, and completed the job efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. Spent $7K with Bglad on a coil for the system. Had issues with it less than a year later. More money was spent. No phone call back or follow up when I was without AC for over a week. Very disappointing.

If there was a 0 star selection, it would apply here. I scheduled with Brandon for an annual burner cleaning in early January at 3pm. At 3:30pm I called to ask when he would arrive. Sounded like he woke up from a nap, said he was running late, would be here in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later called and said he had to reschedule. Zero apology. I said ok, rescheduled for 2/1 at 10am.
