I can’t stand this towing company. They are complete LIARS! They tried to tow my car because according to them “Patriot Security” called them to tow my car. I called Patriot security to verify and they told me they never called this tow truck company. The driver had my car hooked and refused to drop unless I gave him $120 cash. Seemed very sketchy. I’m writing this review to explain the real impact this situation had on my life, not just the legal outcome. My vehicle was illegally towed by B G and Son Transport, located at 1285 N Union St. I went through the proper legal process and won my civil lawsuit. Despite that, payment was not made willingly. It took months, and ultimately required the Sheriff’s Office to step in with a levy/till tap, just to enforce what the court had already ordered. TJ helped us out, was quick and reliable. He was nice and made a bad situation easy. Would recommend.
Tiffany is very unprofessional and very rude. We were clients trying to provide business for their drivers and she was so rude when we would ask basic questions. And they have drivers who tell on those who called to tow when its against the law. They threatened us to terminate our contract when all we were asking was to keep all information confidential which it states in the contract. I'm not sure how Tiffany still has her job, she must be relat3d or married to someone there
He was too rude to us and he towed my car when i was doing the dasher (doordash) and then i wasn’t able to find house so he towed the my car. But after i did uber and then reached to my home.
