B&G always answers my call or responds the next day by direct call. They listen, troubleshoot, figure out the team who could solve the problem, and everyone actually reads what the last techs did. I really appreciate that continuity and find it rare these days. We find their technicians capable, focused, and reasonable. There can be a small language issue but the office translates it. They have been our go-to HVAC company for 10+ years and they are as good today as 10 years ago.

I have an old house with an old HVAC system that requires careful treatment and occasional professional interventions. The breakdowns always happen at the worst possible time: AC failing in the middle of a heat wave, heat failing during a cold snap.
