IN Rainier, the Manuel Gate has an old lock with insidious random code changes. The codes changes are supposed to be texted. Sometimes they will send two different codes on the same day. Sometimes they will send the wrong code. "If there is a problem, just call us in the moment to resolve the issue." You are supposed to call them at the gate and get right code. Then you have to get out of your car shove the gate over gravel, drive through then shove it back over and lock yourself inside while you go to your unit.
Very friendly and help you get organized without hasseling you for your payment and the prices are supper coolz affordable and access to your stuff 24 hours a day without all the extra fees. My unit it almost 2x'd the sizes and a third cheeper. This is the place to be. And they give you access to a light. No more guessing at what things are.
Convenient to dump for sorting and getting rid of things stored for long periods of time. Great communications through text. Low traffic. Response to inquiries pretty fast. Great prices overall. Gravel ground so weather can be a bit of hindering puddles of water during rainy days. Quiet and safe.

Didn’t have issues with using the storage unit and the move out process was smooth and easy. Had great customer service for the move out.
