Worst experience ever! I had an expensive unit installed and my house is hotter than ever before. Carlos dictates to his workers what to say and write on the work orders. Said my house is old and duct work is required; blames a hot house to a bad duct. Shouldn't the duct work be addressed before installing a ten thousand unit in your home. And shouldn't the overall function of switching to refrigerated air be guaranteed? All I know is I had always had air in all rooms before with the replaced swamp cooler.
