If you thought it could not get worse than Katz, you were wrong. BG Lein bought the property I was living in from Katz. When I moved out I got charged $700 for CLEANING. Can you believe it? Almost a month rent for a few hours of work. I'm talking about regular cleaning here, like vacuum and mopping. The apt was all old hardwood floors. But it gets better: they charged me $60 to replace blinds that were ALREADY BROKEN when I moved in. Of course Katz never cared to replace them. Stay away from these crooks.
