Very unprofessional very inconsiderate and the front desk always always make you feel looked down on!! Went to get my hair cut and colored and the coloring agent they used was really bad for your hair it burnt my scalp! And I missed my appointment due to my daughter was in Avery bad motorcycle accident and was told by the front desk to not come there anymore! Went to this salon to get my eyebrows waxed. I had nice thick eyebrows and the lady almost waxed one of my eyebrows completely off while making them super thin. I only asked her to clean them up a bit and now I have pencil thin eyebrows with one being shorter than the other. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! this is not a professional waxing company
