I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that Bobby Young demonstrated during the full sales process of our lot purchased today at Possom Kingdom lake. Bobby helped us prepare the days leading up to the sale by answering all of our questions which led to a very simple purchase. We never felt pushed throughout and commend Bobby on treating us exactly like a customer should be!

This is not a restaurant, it's a Housing Development Company. My best advice: READ THE FINE PRINT. VERBAL AGREEMENTS ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE UNLESS DEPOSED. Private communities developed by BG may be responsible for their own sewers and roads and Rich Grandy's company will sign away your rights before you buy the lot. If so, that means the homeowners are responsible for repaving and resurfacing ANYTHING BEYOND THE GATE, which can mean assessments to cover HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in maintenance. I recently purchased a magnificent property near Granbury at one of BGs sales. Wonderful experience, we are so excited. At the top of the list is David Boehm. He took an interest in what we wanted to do and guided us through the process. Not your typical real estate agent, he is the best and wants his customer to feel at ease. Thank you BG.
