This experience was awful, the worst I've ever experienced! The tech struggled to diagnose the error fault with the system. I noticed that he did not check the main circuit board on the compressor unit for corrosion, a common problem with outdoor units. He spent 45+ minutes on the phone with Fujitsu customer service, made a weak effort to access the power supply and telemetry connections, then announced it was unsafe to work on the compressor unit claiming it was installed too close to the enclosure screen on the roof. I have never had a more horrible customer service experience than I had with the lady Sue in the office. She is quite possibly the rudest lady I have ever met. I’m lost for words at such an appalling level of interaction. Seriously something is not right here. It was my greatest displeasure 'interacting' with her. I’m clearly not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience from the looks of other reviews she has here already. Avoid, unless you enjoy dealing with Karen energy.
