I had extensive damage due to a leak. Brandon, Mya, and Lauren provided excellent service from start to finish. They provided my insurance adjuster with all requested documentation. The installation team was very neat and efficient. All trash was removed and my house was left in excellent shape. I would highly recommend BFloored as a reliable contractor and would work with them again.
Bfloored is an amazing locally owned company. They are fair and knowledgeable. Brandon came to my home and educated us on products colors, options, and answers any and all question we had. Bloored did a complete upstairs carpet removal of old carpet and install of beautiful new carpet. They took care of all furniture moving as well! Bloored also completed a hard wood install on the stairs instead of re-carpeting as we wanted to freshen that area up with a new look. Outstanding quality work and customer service!
BFloored was excellent. The customer service and communication was unbelievable. They kept us informed of every step. Every single person that had a part in the demo and install was so nice and went above and beyond. We had some personal issues that caused us to change the timing around and they were so understanding and accommodating. Brandon and Mya are incredible. Our floors are beautiful and perfect.
