First they told me my car needed a part and asked me to approve ordering it. I agreed and paid for the part and labor. They told me it would take about two weeks. After two weeks, I called to check if the part had arrived, but they said they still hadn’t received it. I waited another week and then went to the shop in person. Be careful with this auto shop. The initial quote they give is misleading and not the price you end up paying. After completing the work, they increase the bill by around 200% compared to the original estimate. When customers question the price, the staff becomes hostile and raises their voices to pressure payment. This experience felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional.
