I have a Lowe’s Protection Plan on my refrigerator, and Lowe’s engaged Bes Electronics to repair my refrigerator. Bes Electronics was scheduled to assess the need on a day between 2 and 7pm, arrived at 8:30pm said they would order parts. No follow up. I called a week and a half later and scheduled for a day, they’d arrive between 2 and 7pm - called me at 8 to say they’d be there no later than 10pm - that’s too late and asked for the next day.
