So much better than that other place down the road wit the aliens.
Stunning breakfast burrito. I've tried a few around New mexico (can't get enough of the green chile!!) and this has been my favorite this far. Soft, flavorful potatoes. Excellent bacon (not too crispy and good flavor), amazing texture on the tortilla. I also liked that they are not massive....I can never finish a normal breakfast burrito but this was the perfect size for me (those with a big appetite might want to order two!) Quick service too!
We came to Hatch for some volunteer work. Great breakfast place. The service was super friendly. Tried their huevos rancheros. It came with pork red chili- delicious. Also had great breakfast burritos and red and green tamales here. Will come again!
