I got lash extensions here, and within two days, they all fell out. The place was visibly unsanitary, and I even developed pink eye afterward. They don’t clean the eye area properly or wash their hands—which can easily lead to infections like Stye. On top of that, they overcharge and don't use the full amount of lashes you pay for. It's incredibly disappointing and feels dishonest. This kind of negligence shouldn't go unchecked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone— should seriously look into it.

I have always had a great experience when I came to see Lin. She does a fantastic job, and my lashes look and last for a long time.

Will not be returning! Very disappointed with the way my lashes were done! I booked for 5:30, but after waiting 25 minutes, she didn’t finish my refill until 8 PM! When she handed me a mirror, I pointed out that two of my lashes were really loose, but she didn’t do anything. A few of my eyelashes even fell off right after I left! I had been a loyal customer for about two years, but I definitely won’t be returning! P.s. it’s not a full set! I asked Refill with 70, but look like 40! Pretty empty!

I love Be Beauty. I’ve been going for my eye lashes for 4 years and Yu Yu and Michelle are the best!!!
