We purchased a home with B Dry, transferred the warranty in which we were told it was a lifetime transferable and the buyers after us it would only be 2 years. 3 weeks ago I called for a clean out and was told our warranty expired and it would be $200 to “clean and assess” and they would contact me with a new price for a new warranty, ok. I paid my $200 but have I heard from anyone? Nope! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
