We have bad experience with that rain soft water filter, they just installed new and it not working we call them and 2 time repair person came and never fix problem , we call customer service they never give answer correctly, we leave voicemail to manager and he never call back , i have really bad experience with this company, there is no way to give them 0 start ,
The technician did an amazing job really professional. I received a quote to replace the filters and do the maintenance on the water softener also to replace the membrane on the tank, the problem with that is there are three filters on the bottom of the sink and the quad was only for two of the filters, the one that on the middle is extra, I didn't realize it until I was paying for it my bill went up $160 I wish they would have told me this at front. I could of purchase some place also and doit my self.
They do NOT do quality work. They hooked up my water unit and it's been slow dripping for several years. I noticed black mold and called them. Of course its NOT there fault. (right) they refused to come out and just look at it. Unless I pay a service fee of 129. I don't mind paying it. But they refused to just look at it. I believe they didnt hook it up right in the first place. So I'm stuck with it. So I would be careful using B & D quality water in the future. They DO NOT do quality work. The service for Rainsoft equipment at this company is very poor. They installed my system with new copper piping which now leaks and they do not fix that without a charge. They also performed maintenance on my system and did not reset the alarms and left my system in bypass mode. They had to come out again to fix the issue during their 1st visit and they acted like it was a big inconvenience. I would not use this company for any work at your house.
