Was in 3 times over the last 2 weeks without a mask, spent over a $1000. Today I go in, and the lady who served me each time I was in before, told me i had to put a mask on, nobody else in the store, all while her mask was half off her face. I said I'd take my buisness else where and left. You guys lost a Hot Tub sale and a customer for life.
DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THESE DECEITFUL CROOKS!!! Its people like this who ruin it for other smaller local businesses. I wouldn't do business here again if I was paid to.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was tying to discuss with the owner my dissatisfaction of services and I was told "we are done discussing this issue". Extremely poor customer service. We, as customers, are the determining factor if your company thrives or starts to decline. I have now switched to another pool service and I am encouraging others to do the same.
customer service was horrible, i have had better experiences talking to a door. scheduling a service was impossible, unclear on arrival or able to even provide estimate on basic service. prices are never marked on products so you dont know what you are paying. 21st century pool and spa offered me a deposit back on chlorine jugs that these folks wouldnt!!(didnt keep my receipt) if i could give zero stars i would, they dont even deserve a single star!! wont spend another time in this place ever again! Nice work B&D! ;-)
