Gave me a 6-hour window but never showed up. No update. Cancelled their service.
The service was great. TJ and his companion were very professional. Fixed the water heater in a timely manner and let me know my options if I wanted to upgrade.
B&D was awesome... specifically, our technician Hayden. On time, personable, polite and was completely up front about what we were looking for, the cost, and the time to fix it. I would recommend them HIGHLY and will use B&D again.
We were very pleased with how B&D responded to our immediate need of a furnace not heating when it’s frigid cold outside and the serviceman was very punctual, friendly and fixed our problem in a very timely manner.
