Called B & D this morning with a slow flushing toliet, 45 mins later Jackson came out was fixed within the hour. Jackson was great!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Thank you Jakson for an A1 job done and Thank you B&D plumbing right from the start Arieal was kind and right on spot!!!

We've used B&D Plumbing numerous times for both plumbing and HVAC related items. This week, we had our furnace stop working. Mike came out right away to diagnosed it and gave us options to fix it or replace it. We were not pressured one way or another, and the estimates were very reasonable considering the work that was needed. Overall, it was a great experience. The technician was able to identify a likely cause of the furnace issues and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to replace the furnace. Instead, the tech focused on diagnosing the problem and offering practical solutions. In contrast, several previous companies immediately recommended a new furnace without properly troubleshooting, which was frustrating, especially considering that your technician was able to fix the issue.
