I left a review 3 weeks ago and now the owner sent a letter with a check for the amount of the service. The letter went on and on with excuses why this happened. She doesnt know but I had the sensor tested & it tests 2.9 not the 1.9 her tech said. So he knowingly replaced a part that didnt need it. Then the owner went crazy at the idea that he would lie. Had them come to clean & figure out the odd noise. The guy complained about me not having had gone through Mukavitz because I would be getting better service. Then complained about the dirty, dusty basement in my 135 year old rock wall basement that sheds sandstone & limestone. He went in to tell the trainee with him after i went upstairs that single women over 50 seemed to like to make up noises to get men to come over & do nothing.
