Stayed here for 2+ years. Wish I could give them another Star. Safe, comfortable and welcoming place right on the outskirts of the City. If I was to return to the Spokane area I would hope one of these Apts would be available. One of if not the best School Districts in the State. We loved the place and would highly recommend.

Dave is great and very responsive! The property was nice. Staying here was the best decision as I adjusted to moving and living in Spokane. I am so thankful that this was available!
