Sat there for 10 minutes without a hint of service. There was 2 waitresses and one walked right past our table and obviously wasn't concerned. Was NOT busy at all.

The biscuts and gravy are homemade and oversized. The phillie cheese steak omelet was great. The waitress was great even though she was busy it was great service. Half the price of the other truck stops, I will definitely make this stop again and again when traveling through
Getting ready to leave here, spent the nite, food is great
took for ever to get our food and when we got it it was cold and one took 30 mins after the bbq chicken came to the table and then the waitress never came to the table and said anything about it we had to ask for the hamburger and she did not come back to ask us if we wanted refills
Greatest people! Good food! Prices low but it really wouldn't matter if I had to pay more, given the level of service.

They made me pay for my food before they gave my food order to the cook, what's up with that? Then accused me of smoking in their bathroom and told me to leave. I'll never stop here again!
Today I visited the Jones Truck Plaza restaurant the waitress Christy was great we placed our order and at the bottom of the ticket I wrote (ADD THREE FART PLEASE) everyone got a good laugh all but the owner I understand the owner was not happy. I try to have a good sense of humor everywhere I go I travel all over this country and this is the only place that has a problem with humor. I know next time it's TA or Petro you can always find good laughter so if your traveling you can always stop at TA Petro along I-44 joplin exit... read more
