My husband and I chose B cupcakes for our wedding. They were great by letting us try their cupcakes for free. We chose 200 mini cupcakes & a German chocolate 6in cake for just us. We got to the venue day of our wedding & there were 200 full cupcakes & when we went to cut the cake it was red velvet ( which we don’t like very much). We were there earlier and ordered two different cupcakes. They were dry and the cake stuck to paper. The flavors in the cake were noT very impressing at all
After messing up my $65 customized cake, there was no offer made as to how to correct the problem. Instead, a condescending "well have a sweet day" was all we got after they said there is nothing they can do even after checking the receipt for the correct spelling. The cherry on top to an already terrible day COLLEEN was having. This cake was supposed to be part of an experience. Their Red Velvet Cupcake is the best thing "red velvet" wise I have eaten since the Bubble Room closed that is now Buca dePeppo's in Maitland. I WILL be eating more of these FOR SURE!!!
