Overall lazy and slipshod. They canceled my appointment the first time, which happens because of a personal issue. No issue. Then they tried to squeeze me into another time slot. I tried to make it work. But said I would be a little late. They said that’s fine as long as I’m there in 15 minutes. I show up in 15 minutes. And refused to see me. Also I’m not a new patient. And somehow didn’t have my records. Doesn’t really give me any confidence in this place.
It's been a little over a year since I was treated [badly] by Dr. Depew and staff at this clinic. At the time I was very confused as to why the unprofessionalism, mistreatment, and medical abandonment that I endured occurred-- as one tends to be when they are medically gaslit, lied to, and lied about. Great Doctor !! Keep me on track , very honest and lot of experience
Great find of a doctor. Listens, VERY important. Coordinates with patient to follow issues, resolve them, or searches to find an answer. We agreed what his roll is, to keep informed on health issues, manages some as needed. Suggests referrals. Very nice doctor. And have had good experiences checking in and with the staff there. Good team.
