I use BCAPools for several community pools, and they are by far the best pool companyI’ve worked with. They are extremely responsive and consistently go above and beyond to ensure the pools they manage are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. Great company! Good people and pleasant staff! Always prompt on repairs, pool rentals and keeping facilities clean! Friendly lifeguard staff as well!!
This management company is not in touch with their staff on any level. Having the staff unsupervised and making up their own rules for the pools is the most unprofessional business structure I’ve ever been subject to. Our HOA president and treasurer will 100% be notified of this and I ensure we will not have this company back at our subdivision moving forward. I advise all that consider this company to look into it first and ensure you’re not putting your residents in this same situation.
