Stylist, Tacara “GrippGod” lacks respect and has poor customer service skills. She took pride on insulting me and presented as obnoxious. She informed me of all of her stipulations on the day of my appt. By then it was too late too cancel without penalty of being charged hundreds. She required full cash payment upfront so my booking app protection was voided. It seemed like she intentionally wanted me to say nvm so she didn’t have to do any work.
