Office clerks were helpful and friendly and Dr Dorenkamp is awesome.
I checked in for my appointment and did the co-pay through the app the night before. I even arrived early to be sure everything was in order. They sat me in the exam room for 30 minutes, no doctor, no update. I had to walk out because I needed to return to work. I understand delays happen, but 30 minutes (or longer if I hadn't left) without at least an update? Unacceptable. Wasted my time and PTO. Dr. Dorenkamp is highly accomplished and certainly knows how to treat you and fix the problem. I would recommend him any day. He is the best.
