We needed a sewer back flow preventer installed on our main sewer line under our basement floor. Our basement had flooded a couple times with sewer back flow, and we got a grant from DC Water to have the work done. But we had a hard time finding a plumber who was willing to do this tough job. I learned about B & C Plumbing from a friend that gave rave reviews. I used Bill twice to repair a toilet and repair a leak under the sink. He was able to identify the issue quickly over the phone! When he wasn't able to help me with another plumbing issue because he was going out of town, he referred me to three plumbers equally as great! I will be using B & C Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! Bill is professional and a great guy!
Professional service. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained every step, ensuring I was comfortable with the cost. He took excellent care of my home to ensure the flooring was not damaged, if it wasn't needed.
Moving into a newly renovated home, we were distressed when we immediately started having plumbing issues. B&C was the first service we contacted, and it will be the last one we ever need.
